After becoming a master of pharmacy in 2017 at the Medical University of Lublin, I went on an internship to Barcelona to work on the bacterial cells screening model of Alzheimer's disease. Later on, I started my Ph.D. study and participated in training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where I deepened my knowledge about sex differences in psychiatric disorders such as depression. During my Ph.D. journey, I worked with naturally derived compounds, coumarin derivatives, promising agents for treating central nervous system impairments and investigated their influence on anxiety, depression, and memory processes using animal models (mice and zebrafish) and biochemical techniques (i.e., HPLC, ELISA). Professionally, I believe in getting things done accurately because if you don't have time to do something right, you also won't have time to do it over. Privately, I am an optimist who loves traveling and learning new languages. There is nothing like meeting inspiring people worldwide with whom you can exchange your ideas and beliefs.
