In our research on metabolic syndrome, we utilize various animal models, including rodents, AB-type zebrafish, and transgenic zebrafish Tg(ins:NTR-mCherry), which allow for fluorescent visualization of pancreatic cells and the observation of their regeneration.

Additionally, we conduct studies using in vitro models, specifically focusing on an insulin resistance model, to further investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying metabolic dysfunctions and explore potential therapeutic strategies.
